The inspiration for our Ragin’ Asian Hot Sauce, Joe has never seen a hot pepper that he would not try and has multiple spicy wing challenge wins throughout the Greater Cincinnati area. A member of the Eta Rho chapter of Pi Kappa Alpha and graduate of Northern Kentucky University, Joe can be found rooting on his beloved Alabama Crimson Tide football team in the fall and the Cincinnati Reds in the spring and summer. Joe lives in Cincinnati with his wife Abbey, son William and two dogs & cats.
The braintrust behind Redneck Hipster Hot Sauce, Craig’s love for hot sauces and his creative nature are the driving forces behind the company initially forming. Craig’s daytime job is as an elementary school teacher in northeastern Kentucky, but he can be found hard at work exploring new and interesting flavor combinations for our sauces. Craig lives in Ashland, Ky., with his wife Wrendi and sons Arnie and Ollie
Another brilliant mind of the Redneck Hipster crew is Devon Cowherd. Born and raised in Louisville, KY Devon attended Northern Kentucky University. Devon is currently living in Florence with his dog Shadow where he works full time for the University of Louisville as an Admissions Counselor. He is a huge fan of the University of Louisville, as well as a avid movie goer and collector.
Bobby may like his hot sauce on the mild side, but he is not afraid to kick up the spice from time to time. An avid Cincinnati Reds, Bengals, and Bearcats fan, Bobby can be found rooting on his favorite teams all year long. Bobby currently teaches in Indiana and holds two Bachelor’s Degrees from both Morehead State University and Northern Kentucky University. He lives about an hour from Cincinnati with his wife Stephanie and their daughter Callie.
The inspiration for the company’s name, Chad is described as a hipster by his friends, but he claims he’s a redneck. Chad has multiple spicy wing challenge wins in the Cincinnati area as well as in Richmond, Ky. Chad is an avid New York Yankees, Cincinnati Reds, Manchester United FC, and University of Kentucky football fan. Chad’s full-time job is as a chat specialist for a call center where he deals closely with college students from Kentucky, Indiana, and Nebraska. He lives in Mount Vernon, Ky., with his 14-year old chihuahua named Ed.
